2. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain Registration: Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, it becomes the property of the registrant for the duration of the registration period.
• SSL Certificates: SSL certificate fees are non-refundable. SSL certificates are a separate service and subject to their own terms and conditions.

3. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via support@tivahub.com and provide your account details and reason for the refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval and issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Cancellations

• Customers may cancel their hosting account at any time, but refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
• If a customer cancels their hosting account after the refund period has expired, no refund will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the hosting term.
